Arts and Culture is another area that has received enormous support from the Alaafia Kwara. The Performing Arts Department of the University of Ilorin and the State Council for Arts and Culture has become veritable vehicles for the information dissemination within and without the state.

WBF seeks the preservation as well as the exposure of Nigerian Cultures and traditions to the international Community. The Kwara states Arts Council and Pelewura Musical Group have been sponsored by WBF to cultural events abroad. WBF also joined others to fund the Nigerian Day at Port Regis, England in January 2009.
